About Octomore
The Beginning
Octomore was founded in 2005 by eight independent senior IT Consultants.
The idea behind Octomore is that by joining forces consultants will become even more successful whilst maintaining the integrity as independent business owners to the benefit of our customers and ourselves. We are now ten IT professionals who proudly count the total years of experience to well over two hundred.
The Name
At first we named ourselves Octomen. When we later realized we wanted to invite new partners and not limit ourselves to only male applicants, we decided to rename the company Octomore. When googling the name Octomore one will find we are not alone bearing this noble name. The search list will include one other excellent product bearing the same name. During one of our annual leisure travels we visited the other renowned company to experience their products.
About Life
There is more to life than work. Besides our extensive professional collaboration we also enjoy the company of one another in frequent social events. After years of experience as consultants we learn to appreciate the social dimension of peers. With the support of friends we become even more successful as professionals.
